Corporate Challenge
Worcester Kiwanis needed to develop a membership recruitment plan
to increase membership. The average club loses 20% of membership
each year. Therefore, a 25% increase is required for the club to
remain the same size. A club with declining membership often reaches
a point where it cannot effectively meet the need for its services.

A Member Recruitment Plan was developed that included the following
components:
- An interactive benefit analysis to achieve maximum results with
approximately 25 meeting participants was developed and facilitated
for members.
- Created new members recruitment ideas prioritized by level of

with proposed effectiveness for new membership recruitment.
